Topaz Study Finds Agents Offer Best Value

Topaz International has conducted its fifth study of airline fares that found again that corporate agents find their clients better deals than the Internet. The study found that on average, agencies found fares that were $80 less than those booked on the Internet. Agents were found to be able to secure a lower fare 93.5 percent of the time.
